On January 2, 1988, Amanda Lynn Harvey gave birth to Mandy Harvey in Cincinnati, Ohio. She is the stunning daughter of public schoolteachers Joe and Valerie Harvey. When she was just two years old, she and her family relocated to Florida. Mandy, who has three siblings, has always loved to sing. She started when she was just four years old. She entered so many contests that in 2006 Longmont High School crowned her “The Top Female Vocalist” for her achievements. Then, at the age of 18, she experienced recurrent hearing issues as a result of a connective tissue disorder. Her family moved to Longmont, Colorado, when she was ten years old. She attended Twin Peaks Charter High School. In order to study vocals, she enrolled at Colorado State University in 2006. At Longmont High School, she was named as “The Top Female Vocalist” in 2006. One of her greatest accomplishments was getting to perform on season 12 of America’s Got Talent.
