Career

From 1973 to 1976, Robert Reich and Sam Reich served as the Chief Judge of the US Courts of Appeals’ law clerk. He later served as the US Solicitor General’s assistant. He was appointed director of policy planning staff at the Federal Trade Commission by President Jimmy Carter in 1977. Sam Reich was a Harvard University professor at the John F. Kennedy School of Government from 1980 to 1992, during which time he penned well-known books like “The Next American Frontier” and “The Works of Nations.” Robert Reich and Sam Reich began his career in 1992 when he joined the Clinton administration as Secretary of Labour.
